Family Dentistry In-House Saving Plans
Our office offers an affordable, in-house savings plan for all of our patients. The plan runs for 12 months at a time (fiscal year), where you can either choose to pay a 1 time fee for the year or pay monthly. Patients who participate in our in-house plan will NEVER need to worry about:
- Deductibles
- Maximums
- Waiting Periods
- Missing Tooth Clause
- Replacement Clause
- Treatment Downgrades
Exclusions and Limitations:
This program is an in-house discount plan, not an insurance plan. It cannot be used:
- In conjunction with an existing dental insurance or dental plan
- For costs of dental care that are covered under the patients existing medical insurance
- For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind
- For dental procedures referred to specialists
Program Guidelines:
- Membership fees are due the day the patient signs up for the program
- Patients who elect to pay monthly must pay their first 3 months up front upon sign up
- There will be no refunds at any time within the fiscal year
- Additional family members that choose to join will receive 5% off the membership fee (must be within the same household)
- Child Dental Plan is for children ages 0-12
- There will be no discount on products sold in house such as Prevident, Peridex, etc.
- Discount only applies to treatment within the scope of practice of the dentists at Family Dentistry of East Brunswick. Family Dentistry of East Brunswick reserves the right to deem any procedure outside the scope of practice and state when a referral to a specialist is needed
- Memberships will be auto renewed at the end of each fiscal year
- You must notify Family Dentistry of East Brunswick within 30 days of your renewal date in order to cancel your membership
